In the event of the unavailability of a product after an order has been placed, ØRGIE will inform the buyer as soon as possible via email. 4. Prices:
The prices for products and services (mixing and mastering) are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT), taking into account the applicable VAT rate on the date of the order, and vary according to the options selected by the buyer. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the product price. Prices do not include delivery costs, which are indicated at the time of finalizing the order. ØRGIE reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the price listed in the catalog on the order date will be the only price applicable to the buyer.
5. Charges and Customs:
For orders shipped outside mainland France, the buyer is responsible for the importation of products. Customs duties or other local taxes may be required. These additional costs are the buyer’s sole responsibility.
6. Delivery:
Deliveries are made to the address provided by the buyer during the order process, exclusively within the agreed geographic area. Orders are shipped using a tracked delivery service, such as Colissimo or any other carrier selected by ØRGIE. The buyer will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch of the order.
The delivery times indicated on the website are for informational purposes only and depend on product availability and transportation conditions. ØRGIE cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or exceptional circumstances beyond its control.

The buyer must check the condition of the packaging and merchandise in the presence of the carrier at the time of delivery. In the event of damage, any claims must be addressed to the carrier promptly, and ØRGIE must be informed.
In the event of absence during delivery, the buyer must contact the carrier to arrange a new delivery or collect the parcel according to the carrier’s conditions.

7. Order and Payment Methods:
The buyer can select products to purchase by adding them to their "cart." They can then review their cart, check order details (quantities, references, prices), and modify this information if necessary before proceeding to the next step.
For mixing and mastering services, the order is validated upon receipt of the files required for processing.

Payment
The company ØRGIE offers two secure payment methods to finalize the order:
- Payment by credit card (via Stripe)
After confirming the cart's contents, the buyer is prompted to provide their delivery address. Shipping fees are then calculated based on the delivery address, and available delivery options are presented. The buyer is invited to review all order details (items, shipping costs, address) and accept the GTC by checking the appropriate box. The buyer confirms the order by clicking the "Confirm my order" button. They are redirected to a secure payment page to enter their credit card information. Once payment is validated, the order is recorded, and a confirmation email is sent to the buyer. Credit card payment is irrevocable unless fraud occurs. In such cases, the buyer has 70 days to contest the debit with their bank (120 days according to some banking agreements). Incorrectly debited amounts will be refunded within one month of the dispute.
- Secure payment via PayPal
The buyer can also pay via their PayPal account. After confirming the cart's contents and providing delivery details, the buyer selects the "Pay via PayPal" option and is redirected to PayPal's secure interface to complete the transaction. If payment is accepted, the order is recorded, and a confirmation email is sent to the buyer. As with credit card payments, PayPal payments are irrevocable unless fraud occurs.
For mixing and mastering services, the payment link is sent after contacting ØRGIE using the contact form on the service page.
Order Processing
Once payment is validated, ØRGIE processes the order. Products are typically shipped within two business days after payment receipt, subject to availability. The buyer is informed of the order's dispatch via email, along with tracking information.
Proof of Transaction
All information provided by the buyer during the order process and the order confirmation constitutes proof of the transaction. A summary of the contractual information will be sent to the buyer by email at the time of order confirmation. For any questions regarding their order, the buyer can contact ØRGIE through the contact form on the website www.orgie-music.com or via email at info@orgie-music.com.
8. Retention of Title:
ØRGIE retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price, including shipping costs.
9. Right of Withdrawal:
The buyer has a period of 14 working days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal. The withdrawal form is available on the website and must be returned, along with the relevant products in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories), within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal. Any damage to the product during this process may void the right of withdrawal and consequently the refund. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. In the event of withdrawal, ØRGIE guarantees a refund of the returned products, excluding transport fees, within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method as that used for the order.
10. Warranties:
All products supplied are covered by the legal warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with the legislation in force.
11. Liability:
ØRGIE cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the site, notably in cases of data loss or unauthorized intrusion into the buyer's computer system. ØRGIE's total liability in case of direct damage is limited to the amount of the order. Furthermore, ØRGIE cannot be held liable in case of failure to deliver the products or non-compliance with any of its obligations stipulated in the GTCS, if this failure results from an event beyond its reasonable control.
12. Intellectual Property:
All elements present on the website www.orgie-music.com are the exclusive property of the company ØRGIE and are protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, exploitation, or use, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior authorization from ØRGIE.
13. Personal Data:
In accordance with the law relating to data processing and freedoms of January 6, 1978, the buyer has the right to access, rectify, and object to their personal data.
14. Archiving/Proof:
The computerized records of ØRGIE will be considered as proof of communications, orders, payments, and transactions occurring between the parties.
15. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution:
These GTCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of Paris.
16. Mixing and Mastering Services:
Service Description: The mixing and mastering services offered by ØRGIE involve the professional optimization and processing of audio files provided by the buyer, according to the technical and artistic specifications detailed during the order. ØRGIE reserves the right to refuse a project if the files provided are deemed incompatible or unusable for technical reasons.
Order and Specifications: The buyer must provide audio files in a format and quality meeting the technical criteria specified on the website (e.g., WAV 24-32 bit, 44.1 kHz). Any specific or personalized request must be communicated by the buyer at the time of the order. Once the order is placed and files are received, ØRGIE will perform a technical review and inform the buyer if adjustments or clarifications are required. Important: Once files are submitted and validated, they cannot be modified. The buyer must ensure that all files and information are correct before submission.
Delivery Times: Execution times for mixing and mastering services are indicated on the website but may vary depending on project complexity and workload.
Delivery of Final Files: Finalized audio files are delivered in digital format via a secure download link sent to the buyer’s email address. ØRGIE retains a copy of the files for 30 days after delivery to address any resend requests.
Specific Conditions and Revisions: The buyer is entitled to two free revisions to adjust the mixing or mastering based on feedback. Any additional revision will be billed (€15/revision). Revisions must be requested within seven days of file delivery.
Payment and Refunds: Since mixing and mastering services are custom-made, they are not eligible for withdrawal once the service has started. If the buyer has already submitted files for processing, no refund will be issued. A payment link for PayPal or credit card will be sent after the buyer contacts ØRGIE via the contact form available on https://www.orgie-music.com/services
